Book Your Appointment

A 30% NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee is required to book your appointment. Bookings are not confirmed until your booking fee has been received.

You will be emailed an online consultation form which must be completed before your appointment can be confirmed. 

All bookings, cancellations and rescheduling must be made via the online booking system at least 72 hours in advance. Failure to adhere to this policy will incur a late cancellation fee equivalent to the full remaining balance of the appointment cost. This is to be paid before you can rebook any future appointments. 

• It is important to emphasise that this cancellation fee is applicable universally, irrespective of the reason for cancellation.

Clients who fail to turn up to an appointment (without prior notice given) will NOT be rebooked at any time in the future. 

You MUST arrive on time to your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late to an appointment you will forfeit your appointment and will incur a late cancellation fee equivalent to the full remaining balance of the appointment cost. This is to be paid before you can rebook any future appointments. 

At time of booking you MUST declare any medications you are taking, allergies you have or skin disorders. Failure to do so could result in the cancellation of your treatment.

Clients who are diagnosed with cancer or diabetes, or any other illnesses/conditions that require medical attention must contact Corinna before making any bookings.

You cannot go ahead with a treatment if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
