What To Do Before
Your Appointment
It's crucial to adhere to both pre and post-appointment advice to ensure optimal results. Neglecting to do so may lead to your results not lasting, inconsistent healing, or increasing the risk of infection.
Before your Tattoo Appointment
Do NOT consume any caffeine or alcoholic beverages &/or any medications that result in the thinning of your blood (unless prescribed by a doctor) at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid any excessive bleeding.
Excessive exercise should also be avoided for up to 24 hours before your treatment.
If you currently draw your eyebrows on, please come with them pre-drawn so Corinna can get a better idea of what style you like. Please remember makeup will always look different to a tattoo and the natural shape must be followed as much as possible.
If you have booked in for a lip tattoo please drink as much water as possible in the week leading up to your appointment and be sure to gently exfoliate as dead or dry skin away before your appointment. Hydrated lips heal and retain the best.
Please sustain from smoking on the day of your appointment. You can smoke after your appointment.
There should be no direct sun exposure to the treatment area for up to 2 weeks prior to and after your treatment. This includes Sunbeds.
Any injectables, facials, skin treatments or peels must be completed 2 weeks before your appointment.
Please remember that any previous or future injectables will alter the shape of your face and may change the position of your tattoo.
Any waxing, threading, plucking, electrolysis must be done at least 1 week before your treatment and cannot be done for 2 weeks after.
After your Tattoo Appointment
If you wear makeup, please bring it along to your appointment with you to reapply after your treatment.
Your skin may appear slightly red, this will disappear after a few hours.
You will be given precise aftercare information to take away with you.
You will not be able to get your new tattoo wet for at least 7 days.
Please plan around this accordingly. This includes sweating at the gym.
Tattoo Perfection Visits
A perfection visit is needed to perfect and finalise your new tattoo.
Opting to not attend this will affect your end results.If you do not show up, cancel or reschedule your perfection visit appointment within 72 hours you will lose your free appointment and an additional appointment will be charged should you wish to rebook.
You have 3 months to return for your free perfection visit. Anything after that is charged as an additional visit.
Pre-Requisites for Tattooing
Corinna may reject any work done previously by other technicians.
If you have an existing tattoo done by another technician you will need to contact Corinna before making any bookings.

Before your Eyebrow Wax or Lamination Appointment
Please check your skin care to make sure there are no active ingredients or retinols. If your skin care products do contain these, please refrain from using them at least 5 days before your appointment.
Failure to do so may lead to the cancellation of your appointment due to the effect this can have on the treatment and clients skin.
Before your Laser Tattoo Removal Appointment
Please check your skin care to make sure there are no active ingredients or retinols. If your skin care products do contain these, please refrain from using them at least 5 days before your appointment.
Failure to do so may lead to the cancellation of your appointment due to the effect this can have on the treatment and clients skin.
Avoid direct sun exposure / sun bathing / tanning beds, for at least 4 weeks before your laser treatment. 50+ SPF is recommended following laser tattoo treatments.
